It&#8217;s all part of how you craft the perfect customer journeys!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Increasing your response time is critical<\/strong> to your company and an essential KPI to track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can make it a target for your staff (e.g. Admin staff must respond to a query within 10 minutes, or engineers have to make sure they don\u2019t exceed their service windows, etc.) it can lead to a great boost in profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only that, but alongside response time, if you&#8217;re monitoring first-time fix rates you\u2019re not just seeing how quickly you\u2019re getting to jobs, but how efficiently you\u2019re completing them too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a great way to see how you\u2019re directly <strong>impacting your customer\u2019s peace of mind<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After all, even with the nicest engineers, no one wants contractors to constantly come to their home or place of work, especially if it\u2019s because of you that work is being done inefficiently. In a lot of cases you\u2019ll be losing more money than the job\u2019s worth <em>and<\/em> earn yourself a poorer reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ancv\">5.  Revenue Growth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For senior management, one of the most important KPIs that can be set will be based on the business\u2019s revenue and growth.
