We also take the opportunity to <strong>preview<\/strong> major developments and highlight how Commusoft is evolving its offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connect &amp; Preview has always been an exciting event for the team here at Commusoft, as it allows us to showcase solutions based on the real needs we hear from our audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his keynote, Jason wanted to emphasise this point:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>What I\u2019ve always loved most about Connect &amp; Preview is the chance to network with all of you\u2014to hear about your day-to-day challenges and discuss how Commusoft can help solve them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In fact, many of the exciting announcements I&#8217;m sharing with you today came directly from conversations at past shows and feedback submitted to our brilliant support team.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>What&#8217;s so rewarding is to see the enthusiasm of our clients and ideas for what they&#8217;d like to see in the future.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The opportunity to meet face to face really does add to the partnerships we\u2019ve created over the years and many of our guests have been with us for well over a decade!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We had visitors from far and wide and a great mix of field service professionals representing over 50 companies with decades of experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>AI and Phones+ really stood out for us,<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Said Jo Sinclair, visiting from Sureview Services. With Rob Ward, also from Sureview, elaborating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>There&#8217;s a lot there that&#8217;s good for us. day, so we get to meet a host of great characters who made the day really special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s take a closer look at some of the additions to this year&#8217;s event&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Change of Pace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commusoft.com\/en-us\/events\/connect-preview-2026\/\">events page<\/a> had a rundown of the agenda, there\u2019s a lot to cover from the day itself!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To build on the success we\u2019ve seen at previous events, we wanted to really emphasise the opportunity to connect and worked hard on getting our clients more immersed in the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is why we introduced two new segments to the agenda, alongside our keynote and networking experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A morning of breakout sessions, crossing three distinct topics (more below).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A fireside chat from Commusoft clients and partners, with Q&amp;A from the audience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of these sessions gave us the chance to get clients more involved than they\u2019ve been before, with talks focusing on how to get the most out of their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commusoft.com\/en-us\/plans\/\">plans<\/a>, or detail about our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commusoft.com\/en-us\/features\/analytics\/\">Analytics+<\/a> add-on, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fireside chat was also a brilliant way for us to hear from clients directly: with 3 special guests sat front and centre, they were discussing the best ways to use Commusoft and offer advice to their peers, as well as a field a Q&amp;A session to dive even deeper to the topics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day concluded with the chance to network after Jason Morjaria, Commusoft\u2019s CEO, delivered his keynote speech. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll find a summary of the We wanted to share that knowledge with our audience, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With that in mind, the fireside chat gave us an opportunity to put our guests front and centre. All together, our guests could hear from their peers who have walked in their shoes, whilst also asking questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside Commusoft&#8217;s host, Grace Lanser, Customer Marketing Manager, our audience heard from James Ashton (Able Plumbing Solutions), Phil Clarke (PCL), and Paul Deadmon (Trade Systems Consultancy) for an unscripted panel discussion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They shared real-world insights gathered from their own experience with Commusoft, where they&#8217;ve found success, as well as challenges like the difficulty in managing engineers when it comes to tech!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ll have more to share on the entire conversation soon, but Phil shared this great snipper about how PCL have found success in boosting revenue with Commusoft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He highlighted that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>The only way I&#8217;ve ever managed to increase revenue per head is either to charge more money or to be more efficient.
