Contracted licences lock in your price and are committed to for a 12-month contract period, which renews on an annual basis.

Monthly rolling licences

Monthly licences can be purchased on top of your contracted plan on a rolling monthly basis. They can be added and removed as required, making them ideal for temporary or seasonal workers.

Daily licences

Daily licenses are perfect for subcontractors as they are billed each month based on the number of days used.

What is the contract length?

Our standard plans are built on a 12-month contract to ensure you lock in your price and dedicated support. However, we keep things flexible for growing teams you can add Monthly Rolling licenses for seasonal hires or Daily licences for subcontractors, which are billed only for the days they actually use the system.

Which employees need a license?

All office staff, managers, and engineers who access the software require a licence. Each user receives their own secure login details, which appear in the diary for you to schedule work orders or appointments. This individual access is vital for maintaining security audits and accountability.

Why is onboarding part of my package?

We consider onboarding essential, not optional. The system will become the backbone of your business, so we commit to ensuring your team is expertly trained. During onboarding, we guide you through your integrations and workflows, from adding customers to raising invoices, ensuring you are confident and getting the maximum ROI from your new system immediately.

How much storage do I get?

Storage is calculated based on the number of Contracted and Rolling licences you hold. These combine to create a shared pool of data for your company. (Please note: Daily licences do not contribute to this storage allowance). This capacity is used for attachments such as site photos, videos, and PDF certificates. We do not limit the number of customers, jobs, or invoices you can save.

Can I import my data into Commusoft?

Yes. You can import every one of your customers and their work addresses into Commusoft to ensure a seamless transition. You can also import parts and inventory lists. All you need is the data in an Excel or CSV file with the correct columns; our client services team is available to assist you with this process.

  • Automation is for high-volume organisations seeking full automation and enhanced security. If you need to mass schedule hundreds of jobs instantly or safeguard data with customisable security roles, this plan provides the control you need .

What is the main difference between "Go Paperless" and "Customer Journey"?

The biggest difference is enhanced capability for commercial and residential growth. While Go Paperless gives you excellent operational control (job tracking, custom forms), Customer Journey unlocks revenue-focused tools. You should consider Trading Up to Customer Journey if you need to secure more jobs with contracts and PPM, control stock across multiple locations, or handle large clients with SLA monitoring.
